The continuing recognition of the Firm has also been highlighted by recently receiving instructions to deal with one of the individuals convicted and sentenced for his role in Operation Eaglewood. We received instructions because of our expertise in Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) matters. The case is an example of a VHCC case.
