Lavina Hobdell 

Certain lawyers need little introduction and that is certainly the case with Mrs Hobdell. Having specialised for over 30 years in Criminal Defence work Mrs Hobdell is one of the most experienced local lawyers still practising. She is primarily responsible for Crown Court cases, with a particular expertise in dealing with difficult and involved cases such as the Confiscation hearings. We are fortunate in being able to offer this level of experience and ability for the most challenging of cases which can be very stressful for those involved.

Mrs Hobdell has been a Duty Solicitor since the introduction of the scheme in the local area, although the frequency with which she would attend the Police Station late at night has understandably reduced.

Mrs Hobdell is a member of the Criminal Litigation Scheme administered by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
