Erin Haupt
Erin is an
experienced Criminal Lawyer who originally qualified as Counsel in Canada,
where she worked for a number of years, gaining experience in a wide range of
criminal case. As part of her impressive range of experience from working in Canada, Erin was
Junior Counsel representing a client charged with the murder of 239 people (The
Air India Trial) which was the result of a 15-year police investigation and
ended with an acquittal for both defendants.
On moving
to England, Erin was employed by one of the largest of Criminal
Firms, Tuckers. Here she worked on a range of cases including for clients
charged with Terrorism related offences. Erin’s experience also covers a broad
range of both Magistrates and Crown Court cases ranging from General Crime, Serious
Crime, Fraud, Money Laundering and particularly Proceeds of Crime and
Confiscation.
