Chris Harrington
Chris is a local lad who joined Lawtons in June 2007 whilst studying for his Law Degree at the University of Bedfordshire.
Chris graduated
from The University of Bedfordshire in 2009 and after impressing with his work
ethic and commitment earned himself a training contract in May 2010. Chris
completed his Legal Practice Course with the College
of Law London in 2011, and also became
a fully accredited Police Station Representative after completing his studies
at the University
of Swansea in 2011.
Chris started working with Lawtons as Mrs
Hobdell’s assistant in the Crown Court Department and assisted with serious
cases including Conspiracy to Supply Class A Drugs, GBH, Affray, and Rape.
He has since established himself as an integral part of the Magistrates Court team at our Luton office and diligently
ensures that Magistrates Court cases are
prepared for trial to the highest of standards. He deals with a vast variety of
criminal cases including benefits fraud cases, regulatory offences, and road traffic
offences. As a trainee he is often tasked with dealing with general enquiries
and is always happy to help.
